Blessed with 39 years of marriage to his beloved wife, Lady "A", Pastor William understands the profound beauty of covenant relationship and the foundational importance of family structure. His ministry is deeply rooted in the belief that true transformation occurs at the intersection of spiritual truth and psychological wellness.
As a licensed mental health therapist he brings extensive clinical expertise to his pastoral care, specializing in substance abuse and addiction recovery, marriage and family therapy, and emotional regulation counseling. He seamlessly bridges the gap between the pulpit and clinical insight, utilizing his unique calling to facilitate deep, impactful healing in the hearts of God's people.

Side-by-side with her husband, Pastor William, Lady A’s life and ministry are built upon a firm foundation of faith, having surrendered her life fully to Jesus Christ. Her ministry is defined by her gentle spirit and an innate ability to make everyone she meets feel seen, valued, and loved.
Driven by a profound calling to nurture and uplift, Lady A pours her heart heavily into supporting wives, mothers, and children. She is a compassionate mentor to women navigating the sacred roles of marriage and motherhood, offering wise counsel, practical encouragement, and a safe harbor for growth.
In addition to her heart for ministry, Lady A brings an exceptional level of professional and academic excellence to the house of God. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with expertise in executive leadership, organizational psychology, and high-level strategic planning to optimize organizational resources and workforce productivity.

Justin serves as the Administrative Assistant for TIM, bringing a unique blend of spiritual devotion and exceptional organizational excellence to the ministry. Having given his life to Christ at a young age, his walk with the Lord is deep and foundational to everything he does. As a fellow "PK" (Preacher’s Kid), he grew up immersed in the culture and rhythm of the house of God, giving him an intrinsic understanding of the inner workings of ministry.

Women's Ministry Director
Crystal serves as the Women's Ministry Director for TIM, bringing a powerful combination of spiritual leadership and professional expertise to the women of the house. Her relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of her life and service. She possesses a deep, genuine love for her fellow sisters in Christ and is fiercely passionate about helping them heal, grow, and step boldly into their divine identity through intentional discipleship. Crystal is also a licensed therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), allowing her to bridge the gap between profound spiritual truth and mental wellness, offering a safe, compassionate space for women to process life's deepest hurts.

London is a powerfully anointed musician and visionary leader whose life and talents are wholly dedicated to the glory of God. As a "PK" (Preacher’s Kid), his musical foundation was forged early in the church, giving him a rare, intuitive ability to usher congregations into deep, authentic worship. Beyond the church walls, he is a highly respected music producer, seamlessly blending professional excellence with spiritual depth. As TIM’s Worship & Music Director, London brings a dynamic, contemporary, and spirit-led sound to the ministry. Above all his accomplishments, Jesus Christ is the absolute Lord of his life, and his deep faith anchors everything he touches.

Fitness Director
Mika serves as the Fitness Director for TIM, bringing a vibrant passion for health, wellness, and wholeness to the community. A devoted follower of Jesus Christ, she views the care of the physical body as a spiritual act of stewardship, firmly believing that our bodies are temples designed to honor God. With a joyful heart and motivating spirit, she designs wellness initiatives that uplift the mind, body, and spirit, infusing every program with encouragement, faith, and purpose.
