About The Pastor

Pastor Feaster’s remarkable ministerial journey started at an early age. After surrendering his life to Christ at 14 yrs. old, he received his calling into the ministry by the age of 15 at Faith Temple COGIC in Buffalo, NY. After serving faithfully in many capacities, at the age of 31, he later was appointed the pastor of that same church in January 1995 by the late Bishop C.H. McCoy.

During his tenure, he changed the name of the church to “Greater Faith Temple,” directed structural renovations to the interior and exterior of the church, assisted in launching personal ministries and helped establish new church plants. Additionally, he was very active in his community. He participated as an energetic member of the Greater Buffalo Inter-Religious Council, performed community services with the Pratt-Willard Community center and provided community service as a board of director of the Urban Christian Ministries of Buffalo. He served steadfastly at Greater Faith Temple until December 2007. To pursue other life opportunities, he and his family relocated to Richmond, VA.

After fellowshipping with a number of churches in the Richmond area, in 2011, he began a ministry called the West End Community Church. At WECC he was involved in the community with establishing the West End Community Church Civic Award, which recognized and rewarded individuals of the community for their service. Furthermore, he began the WECC Men’s Empowerment Forum, which was in partnership with the Virginia Employment Commission to equip young men in employment preparation. His academia experience includes attending Buffalo State College where he majored in Telecommunications and attending the Charles Harrison Mason Bible College to further his Christian education. In 2016 he attended Liberty University, where he was vested with the Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) in the fields of Religion and Christian Counseling. Upon receiving his degree, he became a registered, certified Family Christian Counselor with the American Association of Christian Counselors. Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s Degree to become a Professional Licensed Counselor.
